Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and RAIR (“RAIR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the RAIR mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using RAIR you represent that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into these Terms.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Do not impersonate others or create accounts for anyone other than yourself.
• You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Edit Profile → Privacy → Delete Account).

3. User content

You are solely responsible for the content you post, including profile information, photos, videos, “moments,” posts, comments, and messages (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant RAIR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your User Content as needed to operate and provide the Service. You represent that you have the rights to the content you post and that it does not violate these Terms or any law.

4. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, sexually exploitative of minors, harassing, threatening, hateful, defamatory, or that depicts non-consensual or illegal activity;
• Harass, bully, stalk, threaten, or abuse other users;
• Post spam, scams, or solicit money or personal information through deception;
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate others’ rights;
• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or interfere with the security or operation of the Service;
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access or collect data from the Service.

5. Reporting, blocking & moderation

The Service provides tools to report content or users and to block users. We review reports and may remove content, issue warnings, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We may also remove content or take action at our discretion to protect the community. You can contact us at the address in Section 12 to report abuse or appeal a decision.

6. Location features

Some features use your device location (while the app is in use, with your permission) to detect nearby venues and enable check-ins. You control location permission in your device Settings.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any User Content is accurate or appropriate. You interact with other users at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAIR and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RAIR and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
